A detailed assessment of your dog will be completed along with a meet and greet with our trained staff member. We will ask any pertinent questions from your application in regards to your pet.
Your dog will then be introduced in a calm environment with a few well-balanced dogs. As your dog becomes more comfortable, we will introduce them to more dogs and gradually integrate them into the main play action. Plan to leave your dog for a minimum of 3 hours for the evaluation.
Not every dog has fun at daycare and not every dog welcomes that kind of group play. For these dogs, we offer private daycare and boarding options to fit their playing style!
All dogs must be current on Distemper, Rabies, and Bordetella vaccinations, as well as a current fecal exam (generally within past 6 months). You will need to provide proof of vaccination before your dog will be able to attend daycare or boarding. In addition, all dogs must be on a flea and heartworm preventative. Please bring all vaccinations records to your Temperament Evaluation or upload to your Gingr account.
We require that dogs be at least four months old. This is for the safety of your puppy and for the safety of other dogs. Final vaccinations, including the first rabies vaccination, typically aren’t given until four months of age. Your dog must have received all puppy vaccinations.
You may drop-off or pick-up your dog any time we are open during facility hours. For daycare, we recommend you drop off your dog prior to the start of the AM or PM daycare session to get the most out of their daycare experience. Please note, the facility is closed to customers during the middle of the day (12pm - 2pm M-F and 12pm-3pm Sat & Sun). There are no drop offs or pick ups during these hours.
Yes! We offer discounts for boarding multiple family dogs as long as they stay in the same suite.
We have a strict cleaning protocol that calls for daily cleaning and disinfecting of all play and overnight spaces. During playtime, all dog waste is promptly cleaned up, and the area is thoroughly sanitized. Food and water bowls, as well as toys, are sanitized daily. If a boarded dog soils their space, we quickly clean the area and launder any soiled bedding or personal items.
